Organisations usually come to me when they are committed to equity, diversity and inclusion, but are not yet seeing consistent, measurable progress.

This often shows up as:

  • A board or senior team wanting to strengthen accountability for EDI, but lacking clarity on what good governance and oversight look like in practice

  • A well developed strategy that is not translating into day to day behaviours, decision making or outcomes across the organisation

  • Leaders who are supportive of inclusion, but need confidence, language and practical tools to lead conversations and role model inclusive leadership

  • A disconnect between policy, lived experience and data, where insight from staff or communities is not clearly informing decisions
